Recently our water meter blew out and our basement flooded during the night with three feet of water. Unfortunately we had just moved a lot of items (furniture electronics clothes toys photos holiday decorations power tools etc) into the basement a few days prior and also had building materials to refinish the basement including fifty plus sheets of sheetrock. Immediately we contacted Ace Fire & Water Restoration and they arrived very quickly! They drained our basement and set up commercial grade dehumidifiers. The employees were very professional and actually cared about our loss. They salvaged anything they could and then separated and disposed of all materials. After removing the unsalvageable items they properly cleaned any items that were left as well as the basement. The staff also stayed in touch with us throughout the ordeal to make sure that we were satisfied. On Friday, September 24, 2010 my washing machine caused water to gush into the cellar of my home at 200 Maple Road in Longmeadow. Upon hearing of my dilemma, you quickly dispatched three exceptional workers to my home. Everything that had been sitting in water overnight was brought to my garage. They worked tirelessly for hours, and then ran fans for several days. The result was that on Monday morning, my cellar was bone dry. Ace is priceless.
